1. Who we are

This notice explains how Wisertrack Pte. Ltd. ("Wisertrack", "GoLejjer", "we", "us"), the company behind GoLejjer, handles personal data collected through the GoLejjer website at golejjer.com, including its registration form.

It covers the website and the registration form only. The GoLejjer accounting service has its own privacy terms, which you will see before you create an account.

2. What we collect

When you use the registration form, we collect:

• your email address (required);
• your name, if you give it;
• your company name, if you give it;
• the date and time you registered, and which version of the consent wording you agreed to.

We do not store your IP address. We use it for a moment to limit how many times the form can be sent from one place, and then discard it. We do not collect anything else through the form.

When you simply visit the website, we do not use cookies, analytics or tracking of any kind, and we do not load anything from other companies. Our hosting provider processes the technical information any website needs to deliver its pages (such as your IP address and browser type) and may keep it briefly in its own logs for security.

3. Why we use it

We use the details you give us only to:

• email you when GoLejjer is ready for new businesses, and about that launch;
• reply to you if you contact us.

We do not send newsletters from this list, we do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone for their own marketing.

4. Our reason for using it

We rely on your consent, which you give when you send the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing info@wisertrack.com, and we will delete your details.

5. Who processes it for us

Two kinds of service provider help us run the website:

• a hosting and database provider, which serves the website and stores the registration list;
• a transactional email provider, which sends us an email each time someone registers, so we know to follow up. That email contains the details you gave.

We describe them by category rather than by name. If you need the specific list, ask us at info@wisertrack.com. They process the data on our behalf and only for these purposes.

6. Where it is stored

Our service providers may store and process your details outside the country you live in, including outside Sri Lanka and Singapore.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your details for up to 12 months after you register, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. A scheduled job deletes registrations older than 12 months. When we delete your details, we also delete the notification email we received about you.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what details we hold about you;
• correct them;
• delete them, or stop emailing you.

Email info@wisertrack.com from the address you registered with, and we will act on your request promptly. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to raise a concern with a privacy regulator in your country.

9. Security

The registration list is stored by our hosting provider and is available only to us. The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

10. Children

The registration form is for businesses. It is not intended for children.

11. Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will publish the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If a change affects how we use details we already hold, we will tell you by email first.
