Terms
Effective date: 11 October 2026
Last updated: 11 October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the GoLejjer website at golejjer.com, which is run by Wisertrack Pte. Ltd. ("Wisertrack", "GoLejjer", "we", "us"). By using the website you agree to them.
They cover the website only. The GoLejjer accounting service is not yet open to new businesses; when it is, it will have its own terms, which you will see before you create an account.
2. Information only
The website describes a product that is still being prepared. Nothing on it is an offer, a promise that the product will be available on any date or with any particular feature, or a contract to supply it.
GoLejjer is accounting software. It is not an accounting firm, and nothing on the website is accounting, tax, legal or financial advice.
3. Registering your interest
If you register your interest, you agree that the details you give are your own and are accurate. Registering does not reserve a place, a price or a feature, and does not oblige you or us to anything. We handle your details as described in our Privacy Notice.
4. Using the website
Please do not misuse the website, for example by trying to disrupt it, sending automated or bulk registrations, or registering someone else's details without their permission.
5. Our content
The website's text, design and the GoLejjer name and marks belong to us. You may link to the website and share it, but you may not copy its content for commercial use without our permission. Other names mentioned on the website belong to their respective owners.
6. Liability
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is", without promises that it will always be available, complete or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its "Last updated" date.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or relating to them will be resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) under its rules then in force, seated in Singapore and conducted in English.
If a law that applies to you does not allow a foreign governing law or arbitration to take away your right to go to your local courts, or other rights that cannot be given up by agreement, this section applies only as far as that law allows, and you keep those rights.
